RF Systems Engineer

Creotech Instruments S.A. is a Polish manufacturer and integrator of satellites and satellite systems. Using our proprietary HyperSat platform, we design, manufacture, integrate and test satellites, and also support their launch and in-orbit operations. We carry out advanced space programmes, including in the fields of Earth observation for defence and dual-use applications, space situational awareness, and enhancing the resilience of navigation systems. We’re looking for an engineer with an MSc or PhD in Electrical, Telecommunication or Aerospace Engineering (or related) and 3+ years of experience in RF systems engineering, ideally in the space or telecom sector. You should know RF and microwave principles, including link budgets, noise analysis and frequency planning, have worked with RF payloads or complex RF subsystems, and be confident in trade-off analyses, deriving requirements and preparing technical documentation. Very good English and the ability to work under pressure in multidisciplinary teams are essential. Experience with ECSS, design reviews, ESA projects, SDR/DSP or Python will be a plus.
