Creotech Instruments, Poland’s largest manufacturer of satellites, satellite systems, and components, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, announced the introduction of new visual identities for Creotech Quantum and Creotech Geo, two key entities spun off from the Group.
The new visual identities were developed based on the Creotech Group’s cohesive branding strategy, which aims to build a recognizable, European high-tech brand. Highlighting the names of the individual brands reinforces their distinctiveness while maintaining a clear reference to their shared origins and relationship with the Creotech Group.
The Creotech Quantum and Creotech Geo logos reflect the distinct character, specialization, and development directions of both brands. The Creotech Quantum logo alludes to the phenomenon of quantum entanglement and the complexity of quantum processes underlying the technologies developed by the Company. It also symbolically refers to the intertwined areas of activity: space and quantum.
The Creotech Geo logo draws on themes of terrain mapping, electromagnetic wave emissions, and spatial recognition, emphasizing the brand’s connections to geoinformation, drone, and satellite technologies. Its symbolic shape evokes the form of a drone, a symbol of precision and technological advancement.
"The establishment of Creotech Quantum and Creotech Geo marks an important step in realizing our long-term vision for growth. We want each of these distinct segments to be able to fully leverage its market and research potential, operating based on its own identity, expertise, and strategy. Quantum technologies are becoming one of the cornerstones of Europe’s digital security and technological sovereignty, enabling the creation of new standards for communication and information protection. Meanwhile, drone systems and the use of satellite data are taking on strategic importance in the context of growing defense and security challenges, particularly in light of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. That is why we treat the development of both entities as a priority in building a strong European group in the high-tech sector."

Grzegorz Brona
President of the Management Board of Creotech Instruments
In April 2025, Creotech Instruments S.A. began the process of splitting the company by spinning off the quantum systems segment and the area of applications related to drones and satellite data processing into new companies: Creotech Quantum S.A. and Creotech Geo P.S.A.
Creotech Quantum, formally established in June 2025, focuses on the development and commercialization of quantum technologies and related technologies. At the end of August of this year, a plan was announced to spin off this company from Creotech Instruments, with the aim of accelerating the commercialization of the solutions under development and gaining broader access to external sources of financing, including programs dedicated to SMEs. Creotech Quantum’s operations are based on four key pillars: secure communication (QKD), quantum processor control, precise time synchronization, and the production of advanced, highly sensitive astronomical cameras for monitoring fast-moving objects in Earth’s orbit.
"Creotech Quantum reflects our ambition to become one of the pillars of the European quantum industry. We want to actively participate in the implementation of the European Quantum Strategy, which involves building industrial capabilities, pilot production lines, and European quantum infrastructure, as well as training programs and collaboration with the European Space Agency. Creotech Quantum aims to be part of this process by supplying components and systems that will enable the practical application of quantum technologies in industry, science, and government, and will strengthen Europe’s competitiveness and technological sovereignty. We believe that quantum technologies will become the foundation of a new industrial revolution, and we want to be one of its driving forces."

Anna Kamińska
CEO of Creotech Quantum
At the end of September of this year, Creotech Quantum filed a prospectus with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in connection with the planned spin-off of the Company from Creotech Instruments and the listing of its shares on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). The spin-off will take place through a spin-off offering and will not involve the Company raising new funds. The Management Board intends to list Creotech Quantum on the main market of the WSE in the second quarter of 2026.
Creotech Geo P.S.A., established in May of this year, aims to provide customers with solutions in the field of drone and satellite applications, particularly UTM (Unmanned Traffic Management) systems.
In 2024, Creotech Instruments completed work on an air obstacle detection system based on satellite technology. The project was carried out in collaboration with the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PAŻP) and AP-Tech Sp. z o.o., and was implemented by PAŻP. Creotech Geo will utilize the project’s results in the development of new products. PAŻP plans to build UTM infrastructure at ten locations across Poland. At one of these locations, work will be conducted on the development of new technologies related to the management of drone missions and general aviation (GE) flights. This work will be carried out in collaboration with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (MEL) at the Warsaw University of Technology.
"Thanks to the knowledge gained while working on projects for PAŻP, we are currently developing the DTM Tools project, which aims to create a UTM system that incorporates the new guidelines from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and to demonstrate the capabilities of UAV traffic control using satellites as well as stratospheric platforms (HAPS). The project is being carried out as part of the ESA’s ARTES program and has a budget of 1.8 million EUR."

Jacek Kosiec
President of the Management Board of Creotech Geo
The Creotech Geo DTM Tools system provides a comprehensive, integrated solution for airspace management in the following areas: flight path planning for both drones and aircraft (“General Aviation”), preparing risk analyses for specific routes, applying for flight clearance, monitoring and controlling flights, and generating reports with data analysis and visualizations of flight paths and in-flight events. The next step will be to enter the military and security sectors, for example with a GPS-alternative positioning system and an anti-drone system.
The main customers for UTM systems are entities in the aviation sector, national and regional governments, and large private companies that manage drone fleets and utilize satellite data. The defense and security sector is also a potential customer.
