2. A Data Protection Officer has been appointed by the Controller and can be contacted at iod@creotech.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed for contact purposes as necessary for service provision, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
4. Your personal data will be accessible to the Controller’s staff within the confines of their professional duties based on a mandate.
5. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or organizations.
6. Your personal data will be stored until the end of the relevant interviews, and then archived for 10 years on email servers.
7. You have rights regarding data access, rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, portability, and objection.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe your personal data processing violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
9. Providing your personal data is voluntary.
10. Your data will not undergo automated processing, including profiling, ensuring that no legal or similarly significant effects on you will be solely based on automated personal data processing.
