BID Manager (Space)

As a Bid Manager, you will coordinate the preparation of proposals for customers in the space sector. You will work closely with engineering, product, legal and business teams to develop high-quality submissions and ensure compliance with customer requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the bidding process for space sector opportunities.
Analyse tender documentation and customer requirements.
Coordinate proposal preparation with engineering, legal, product and business teams.
Ensure timely, high-quality and compliant proposal submissions.
Manage proposal documentation and internal review processes.
Collaborate with customers, partners and subcontractors throughout the bidding process.

Requirements

Experience in writing proposals, tender documentation or responses to RFPs/RFQs.
Interest in the space, scientific, defence or critical infrastructure sectors.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

Experience in aerospace, defence, space or high-tech industries.
Experience working in an international environment.
Understanding of public procurement or institutional tendering processes.
