After completing the book-building process for its Series K Share offering, Creotech Instruments, a manufacturer of satellites, satellite systems and components, has set the issue price at PLN 160 per share. The company intends to offer 475,000 ordinary bearer Series K shares to selected investors. If all the shares are subscribed at the set price, the total gross value of the offering will amount to PLN 76m. The offering attracted considerable interest from both institutional and individual investors.
“In line with our timetable, we have completed the book-building process, and the Management Board has decided to invite investors to subscribe for 475,000 Series K Shares at an issue price of PLN 160 per share. This equates to PLN 76 million gross from investors, whose commitments we secured in less than two months after signing our record-breaking Mikroglob contract worth PLN 453m net. Securing funding on this scale will significantly accelerate our growth and support the implementation of Mikroglob, a program strategic to Poland’s security,” said Grzegorz Brona, PhD, President of the Management Board (CEO) of Creotech Instruments S.A.
On December 20, 2024, Creotech Instruments announced the signing of a contract with the State Treasury – Armament Agency for the production and delivery of the Mikroglob Satellite Earth Observation System, covering phases B, C, D, and E1. Valued at PLN 556.7m gross (PLN 453m net), the project is slated for completion by 31 March 2027. A portion of the funds needed for this contract will come from the proceeds of the Series K Share issue, while the remaining amount will be provided through tranches disbursed for each phase of the program.
