Jacek Kubrak

A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, with postgraduate studies in Economics at the Cracow University of Economics; management programs completed at renowned business schools such as IESE Business School, Harvard Business School, INSEAD Business School, and the Stanford Research Institute.

Creator of innovative investment projects and technological solutions. He has collaborated with Private Equity and Venture Capital investment firms, designing financial structures for acquisition transactions and leading interdisciplinary advisory and managerial projects. These efforts focus on enhancing the market value of enterprises by redefining approaches to innovation and implementing new technologies.

Co-founder and CEO of System 3000 S.A., one of the largest Polish IT companies in the 1990s.

Co-founder and Member of the Management Board of STER-PROJEKT S.A., one of the largest IT system integrators in Poland (1998–2000). From 2008 to 2010, he served as Co-founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Contango S.A. Investment Fund Company.

He also held the position of Vice President of the Management Board at Creotech Instruments from 2011 to 2019 and subsequently served as CEO of the Podkarpackie Center for Innovation Sp. z o.o.
