Professional experience and achievements
An experienced manager in advanced technologies, particularly in the space sector. Maciej has been with Creotech Instruments S.A. for over five years. Initially, he led the engineering team and project management office, overseeing both internal R&D projects and those commissioned by the European Space Agency and other partners. Since 2022, he has served as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for managing the company’s operations and delivering strategic projects.
In 2018–2019, he worked at the Polish Space Agency (PAK), where he led the development of the National Space Program for 2019–2021. Previously, he worked at the National Centre for Research and Development, managing a hydrogen storage program for electromobility, modeled after DARPA’s R&D methodology. He completed formal DARPA-methodology training at the Stanford Research Institute (Washington).
Founder and CEO (2012–2017) of the tech start-up Sygnis, focused on rapid prototyping. During that time, the company completed numerous projects for industry, science, the military and other sectors. He also secured an external investor for the company.
