Doctor Habilitatus in Economics. Professor at the Warsaw University of Technology since 2015. Graduate of the University of Gdańsk. MBA from Central Connecticut State University, USA.

Since 2020, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences at Warsaw University of Technology. Member of the Supervisory Board of Eques Investment Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., an investment fund company, since 2019.

Since 2013, President of the Management Board of Executive Education Center Sp. z o.o. Director of IESE Business School for Central and Eastern Europe from 2003 to 2023.

Leads numerous international projects, including collaborations with SRI International (Stanford Research Institute) in California, IMD in Lausanne (Switzerland), IESE Business School in Barcelona, and Mahindra University in India.
Founding member of the Council of Investors in Africa and a member of the Strathmore Business School Council in Nairobi.
