Grabber

A camera frame grabber input module.

Target cameras are the typical scientific (EM) CCD cameras with CameraLink™ port, like Andor iXon Ultra/ Life EMCCD 888/897 or Andor X3.

General information

• Board supports Camera Link™ Base, Medium and Full interfaces.
• Adapts Camera Link™ signals to EEM connectors.
• Image is processed in Kasli.
• ARTIQ currently supports Base and Medium configuration.

This module can be used for building control and measurement systems for optical and quantum physics experiments and quantum technologies development. In particular, the Sinara ecosystem is tailored to the needs of working with trapped ions and cold atoms. Compatible with ARTIQ software.
