Mirny

Mirny is a low-cost wide-band PLL/VCO-based microwave frequency synthesizer.

Mirny can be used in combination with Almazny, which is a 4-channel 12 GHz mezzanine for Mirny.

General information

• Output: 50 MHz to 4 GHz, 12 GHz with Almazny mezzanine.
• Available with ADF4355, ADF4356, ADF5355 and ADF5356
• Digital attenuators.
• RF switches.
• Preamplifiers.
• User-defined filters.
• CPLD for SPI routing and configuration/status queries.

This module can be used for building control and measurement systems for optical and quantum physics experiments and quantum technologies development. In particular, the Sinara ecosystem is tailored to the needs of working with trapped ions and cold atoms. Compatible with ARTIQ software.
