CAMILA is a national Earth observation program aimed at building a comprehensive satellite system based as much as possible on Polish technologies. The goal is not only to develop the satellites themselves, but also to strengthen national capabilities and national security, as well as to secure a permanent place for Polish companies in European supply chains.

The constellation will consist of four satellites: a radar satellite (SAR), a high-resolution optical satellite, a lower-resolution optical satellite, and a fourth satellite built on the new HyperSat Eagle 2.0 platform. The combination of radar and optical observations allows data to be collected regardless of weather conditions or time of day. The system is complemented by a ground segment for satellite control and data processing, supported by a commercial network of ground stations ensuring global connectivity.
Creotech Instruments is responsible for the entire system: from satellite construction, through launch and commissioning in orbit, to the initial operational phase. On this project, we are collaborating with leading companies in the Polish space sector.
