New Management Board of Creotech Instruments S.A. as of June 1, 2025.

The Supervisory Board of Creotech Instruments S.A. has appointed a new Management Board for the upcoming term, which will commence on June 1, 2025. The decision was made during a meeting held on May 29, 2025, and marks the conclusion of the current term of the Company’s governing bodies.

The newly appointed Management Board is composed of:

• Grzegorz Brona, PhD, who will serve as President & CEO,

• Paweł Górnicki, PhD, appointed as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO),

• Maciej Misiura, appointed as Vice President of the Management Board,

• Jacek Mandas, appointed as Vice President of the Management Board.
